How Entrepreneurs Can Find Calm with an Evening Routine

As entrepreneurs, as we go through the stress of challenges and worry and anxiety.

But we also experience the excitement of having incredible things that we’re building and we’re dreaming about. Both of those sides of the equation can actually become challenges for us.

For this week’s challenge, I’m excited to share the Calm Module from our digital course. Specifically, we’re sharing part of the Calm Module where we’re talking about an evening routine and good sleep. We often hear about entrepreneurs who wake up in the middle of the night, excited, energized, and trying to get back and get restorative sleep.

So, go through the video below and the provided worksheet to rebuild your evening routine based on what you’ve already tried in the past and what you’ve learned, and even some new ideas - like the idea of visualizing a nature scene or the idea of taking a couple of minutes of meditation or even using a journal next to the bed to try and capture things and do a brain dump of what is in our mind.

Take the tools from the course and use the worksheet provided above to build our new evening routines and practice them this week to test it out and see if they work for you.

This exercise has been adapted from Module 5 of our digital course. Learn more about the full course and get started now.
