"We need to get away from labelling mental health differences in a negative way. There are all different kinds of brains and they are all here for a reason. That reason is; different people have different strengths and different vulnerabilities. For people in business, if you’re an executive or manager or founder, you need to understand yourself and manage yourself so you can play your strong cards and have strategies to manage your weaknesses."
