Second, the app also recommends an action to take for the day. This recommended action is a commitment that you can make to yourself to maintain or improve yet another area of your current mindstate. For instance, based on your consistently high level of focus mentioned above, Founders First may recommend that you try to make progress on something that might have felt too difficult to tackle the last time you tried.
